„Tolle Gastgeberin, tolle Unterkunft, tolle Aussicht. Uns gefällt dieses Rustikale. Alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber wird gepflegt. Gestört hat uns nur die Klimaanlage neben dem Bett. Aber alternativ kann man den Deckenventilator einstellen der auch gut Luft bringt. “

„Loved the property, enjoyed the time we stayed there. Love the old and rustic vibe of the place. Suggestion, love the place, but a little more maintenance and cleanliness would be a charm to the place. Overall great place. There was no wifi during our trip which was a bummer since there is literally no network. So if wifi also doesn’t work you are literally in the middle of the woods with no connection to outside world. “

„Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Einsame Hütten wie ansonsten nur aus Filmen bekannt. Den Abzug gibt's ausdrücklich nicht für die Unterkunft selber. Man sollte aber zu der Umgebung wissen, dass dort wirklich rein gar nichts ist. Eigentlich genau was wir suchten, aber das gilt leider auch für Wanderwege, die man mit dem Auto anfahren muss. Außerdem sollte man genau darauf achten, welche Hütte man bucht. Wenn keine Küche bzw Kühlschrank vorhanden ist, ist man nämlich zu 100 % auf das ...

„Super clean and excellent communication “

„We had a wonderful time at this cabin! Plenty of space for us. The kids enjoyed exploring around the area. It was a short, beautiful drive to the lake. I have to say, this cabin was one of the best stocked when it came to kitchen items. Made it easy to cook meals daily. It was also one of the cleanest; you would never know dogs have stayed here prior. We will definitely be back! “

„Sue and Neal were great host very accommodating even offered us a cheaper extra day rental if we didn’t want to drive back home in bad weather! Place was perfect for a quiet get away in the mountains! Will definetly be back again!“

My main feedback if anything is that my friends complained a little about the quality of the beds with the box springs. I also didn't love the fact that we were required to clean the dishes/take out the trash after paying for both a service and host fee.“

„Our family came to have some R&R and celebrate our sons birthday. The home had wonderful amenities and the great room with the lake view was the perfect setting for meals, playing card games and drinking our morning coffee and taking it all in. We brought our dog Enzo as well and the neighborhood was great for taking him out on walks. We are already looking at are next stay! “

„We couldn't ask for a better fit for our family. The right touch of luxury, mountain rustic, and efficiency. This was our second time staying here and decidedly our "go to" ski cabin going forward. We are so looking forward to coming back. “

„We loved our time at this Tahoe City home. The host was super helpful and responsive, and even accommodated early check in/late check out for us. It was just the right amount of space for 2 young families with kids, had an amazing view of the lake and was close to ski mountains. All in all a great stay. My only note for potential renters in the winter is that the driveway is steep and can get icy. Definitely took some management and were glad we had 4WD cars.“

„Very cute house near Bass Lake. The lake and town were within walking distance. The host was absolutely amazing. This property was very comfortable and cozy. It is near Yosemite and a larger town if you need more than Bass Lake has to offer. We highly recommend a stay here.“

„I loved it! It’s really close to palisades Tahoe. It was less than a minute drive (going from one parking lot to another). The room was well equipped with cooking supplies. I did not have to worry about the fire alarm going off when cooking because of how strong the vent worked! The shower is perfect for couples because there’s a shower head on both ends and each side can adjust the temp! Both bed and pull out couch was super comfy! “

"wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes und ruhiges 2-Zimmer-Appartment. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lediglich das Parken ist teuer. Wir haben stattdessen nur ein paar Schritte entfernt in einer Seitenstraße geparkt."

"South Lake Tahoe caught us by surprise. We had made a last minute reservation at the Quality Inn when we were traveling and didn't really know what we were getting ourselves into. But South Lake surprised us and we had a great stay. Easy check in, bars in town and a wonderful view of the mountains and lake. Breakfast was included in the price, and the laundry room should also be highlighted. (you can get everything at the front desk with very friendly staff) Cozy and spacious room, parking right in front of the unit. The ev charging did not work with our Jeep rental but every station was available for other manufacturers. I can only recommend spending a night or two here!"
