"Nice hotel, nice location
But the staff is terrible unprofessional and not able to check you in in an appropriate time.
It took me almost half an hour to check in.
Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room.
Also it’s very hard to find a grocery store in Baltimore. "
