„Hotels.com me dio un precio incluso con descuento y por eso elegí el departamento. Al pagar me cobraron un precio mucho más alto, quise hablar con gente de Hotels.com y fue imposible. La gente del departamento muy amable pero ellos no podían hacer nada.“
