Colwin's #4 For Families, Couples & Singles, Sleeps 4

Nestled in a lovely garden is Colwin's Place Condo # 4. The Condo is equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining/office table, and free Wi-Fi and is located less than a 15–30-minute bicycle ride from the beaches, attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed that sleeps two adult guests or one adult and two children's guests; baby crib sleeps one baby one-year-old or less (guests must book baby items in advance and pay a $50.00 damage deposit for each baby item, which includes: baby crib, baby bath, baby highchair, and baby changing mat). Up to two (2) extra guests may sleep on the living room sectional sleeper: the nightly condo rate for each extra guest is $20.00. From the gazebo and the lanai, guests may watch the sunrise while sipping a cup of tea and watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine. BOOK NOW!

Colwin's Place Condo # 4 may accommodate up to four (4) guests, but the nightly base rate is for two (2) adult guests and a baby one year or less with all three (3) sleeping in a queen-sized bed and a crib. Up to two (2) extra guests may sleep on Condo # 4's living room sectional sleeper; the nightly condo rate for each extra guest is $20.00. Condo # 4 may sleep a maximum of four (4) guests. Pictures of the new and increased sleeping arrangements and new condo decorations are in the photo section of the listing.

Until further notice, the Host removed from Colwin's Place Condo # 2 the extra guests sleeping arrangements, which is the bunkbed that sleeps up to 4 guests. Colwin's Place Condo # 2 now sleeps two (2) guests.

Colwin's Place Condos # 2 sleeps up to six (6) guests or four (4) adult guests, Colwin's Place Condo # 3 sleeps up to eleven (11) guests or nine (9) adult guests, Colwin's Place Condos # 4 sleeps up to four (4) guests or four (4) adult guests, whilst Colwin's Place Condo # 5 sleeps up to seven (7) guests or five (5) adult guests. All four (4) Colwin's Place Condos welcome families, groups, girls' trips, guys trips, wedding and honeymoon groups or medium to large groups on a whole.
Guests who wish to book all four (4) Colwin's Place Condos for approved events may send a request to the host as all four (4) Colwin's Place Condos sleeps a maximum of up to thirty-three (33) guests or twenty-two (22) adult guests.

Colwin's Place Condos # 2, 4 & 5 welcome extra guests and each charge an extra guest fee of $20.00 per night, plus 12% accommodation tax, for each extra guest more than two (2), Colwin's Place Condos # 3 welcomes extra guests and charge an extra guest fee of $20.00 per night, plus 12% accommodation tax, for each extra guest more than nine (9) guests.

At the time of booking Condo # 4, all guests must input the exact number of guests who will occupy the condo. The host has the right to turn away the unregistered extra guests as only the exact number of registered guests in the booking will be accepted to stay in condo # 4. Hosts may allow guests to contact Vrbo.com to change the reservation to reflect the exact number of registered guests and guests must pay the extra guest fee of US$20.00 per guest per night. Lastly, the host reserves the right to report the unregistered guests to Vrbo.com and the host may ask Vrbo.com to cancel the reservation and issue no refund to the guests as this action violates the host House Rules regarding unregistered guests.

From the gazebo & lanai, guests may watch the sunrise while sipping a cup of tea/coffee and watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine.

Colwin's Place Condos 2, 3, 4 & 5 welcome all guests, including Short/Midterm Guests, Digital Nomads, and guests with babies.

Colwin's Place welcomes Short/Midterm Guests, business guests, and Digital Nomads (Digital Nomads are guests who, with the help of technology, work from anywhere in the world), and Colwin's Place offers stays for up to twelve (12) months and a 23% discount on monthly condo rates.

GUESTS DO NOT PAY EXORBITANT NIGHTLY RATES TO STAY IN CONDOS ON THE BEACH. BOOK COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 4 NOW AND YOU WILL ENJOY RELATIVELY LOWER NIGHTLY RATES, (MUCH LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS PER NIGHT FOR UP TO TWO GUEST) AND YOU MAY USE COLWIN'S PLACE BICYCLES FOR A FEW MINUTES BICYCLE RIDE TO THE BEACHES WITH FREE-TO-USE BEACH UMBRELLAS AND BEACH TOWELS.

GUESTS ARE FREE TO USE THE BBQ GRILL, BUT GUESTS MUST CLEAN THE BBQ GRILL AFTER USE OR PAY A BBQ GRILL CLEANING FEE OF $75.00.

GUESTS MUST CLOSE ALL KITCHEN DRAINS, BATHROOM VANITY SINK DRAINS, AND BATHTUB DRAINS WHEN GUESTS ARE NOT USING THEM WHEN GUESTS ARE LEAVING THE CONDO, AND DURING THE DAY AND NIGHT.

COLWIN'S PLACE ALLOWS GUESTS TO CHECKOUT LATE UP TO FIVE HOURS AFTER THE REGULAR CHECKOUT TIME OF 11:00 A.M. AND CHECKIN EARLY UP TO FIVE HOURS BEFORE THE REGULAR CHECKIN TIME OF 3:00 P.M. UNLESS NO GUESTS ARE CHECKING IN OR CHECKING OUT THAT SAME DAY. THE LATE CHECKOUT FEE IS $100.00 AND THE EARLY CHECKIN FEE IS $100.00.

Colwin's Place may assist guests with recommendations for scuba diving, available watersports, dining out, horseback riding, car rental, taxi, and other tourist-related activities available on the island. Importantly for guests who book a stay at Colwin's Place and wish for Colwin's Place to assist guests with on-island wedding plans, catering for weddings and honeymoons, Colwin's Place may assist provided guests give Colwin's Place several months' (3-6 MONTHS) notice.

Guests at Colwin's Place are free to use the gazebo and lanai for relaxation whilst enjoying an afternoon tea or their favorite wine or cocktail while using the BBQ Grill, free of charge, to cook their eclectic or local cuisine.

If you are a beachgoer, Colwin's Place condos are outfitted with FREE TO-USE bicycles, beach umbrellas, and beach towels or if you just want to enjoy the open air and breathe in that cool unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze the gazebo and the lanai are the places to be, but if you just want a sun tan, the lanai is the best place to be for a sun tan; make sure you have a cold drink in hand as it pairs well with the cool tropical weather.

FOUR (4) BICYCLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS TO USE, FREE OF CHARGE, TO TOUR THE ISLAND, BANK, GROCERY SHOPPING, AND FOR GUESTS' GENERAL TRANSPORTATION NEEDS. GUESTS MUST BOOK THE USE OF THE BICYCLE IN ADVANCE AND PAY A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $50.00 FOR THE USE OF EACH BICYCLE.
