„We rented for 3 months while we waited for our new home to be built. Chad (our host) was incredibly responsive to our questions and so friendly & easy to interact with. The fenced yard was great for our pets and the beds and couches were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt totally safe there. It was a great location too!“

„We loved our stay at Steve and Ann's VRBO. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming. My 2 children loved it. The vintage decor was really fun. The hot tub and spacious back patio was great. The neighborhood was quiet and had a secluded feel with lots of pines throughout. It was all just perfect for a multi-day adventure in Colorado Springs. If we are back in the Springs, we'd definitely stay with Steve and Ann again. “

„Pleasant house. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean which I appreciate most of all. Three actual bedrooms - five places to sleep. Location was good for me. Nice park half a block north. I would stay again. The only thing I would change is to ask the owner to use non-perfumed laundry detergent. I don't like perfumes and lying in bed, the perfume in the sheets was quite strong and I don't have a good nose for smells.“

„The home is clean and very pleasant. We loved the fireplace and cozy living room arrangement. The kitchenette was thoughtfully furnished. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star review is the lack of a kitchen sink. We were able to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink which is right next to the kitchen area so it wasn’t a big problem.“

„Stayed here for a week to surprise my brother for his 40th birthday. Plenty of towels, tp and starter supplies for the rental. House was very clean. Host was gracious in accommodating our request to have a gathering at the house for the surprise birthday party. Checkout process was seamless. Only drawbacks: no master bedroom on main floor (if you’re traveling with guests who have difficulty with stairs), and the wifi wasn’t completely reliable. Other than that, everything was more than great! ...

„Loved the property and the setting. But a kitchen isnt a complete without an ice maker! There was one downstairs, but the water was turned off, so we had no ice when we arrived. There were no paper towels and no sponge/scrubby for the sink. This was remedied quickly by the host but should have been there when we arrived. “

Das Frühstücksangebot war gut mit "cook to order" - in diesem schönen Ambiente hätten wir uns allerdings richtiges Geschirr gewünscht. Ein paar Einschränkungen gab es: im Zimmer war die Internetverbindung nicht gut. Der Schreibtisch hat sehr gewackelt, was allerdings noch am selben Tag repariert wurde, nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen ...
