„We had a great experience staying here for our visit in Colorado! I would recommend if anyone is looking at a good location to stay at in the Springs, this spot was a good choice! “

„The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. “

„Exactly as expected. A good value. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Neighborhood is working class but very quiet. The dogs enjoyed the fenced front yard. “

„The location is perfect. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. There were a few maintenance needs in the unit and the communication / response was very quick. I would definitely stay again!“

„Condo was clean and good for 1-3 people. We had two and it worked great. Nice touch to include some basics like coffee, filters, and some items in the bathroom (in case forgotten or not bought). A few rules due to being a condo (no smoking on property grounds, don't run thu unit), overall a clean and convenient property. “

„We appreciated this budget-friendly apartment for our stay in Colorado Springs! It appeared just as pictured and was just big enough for our family. It was very close to several sightseeing opportunities/attractions and the neighborhood seemed nice. „The unit was sufficient. We stayed 7 days and spent much of our time away from the condo. The inside is just ok. It looks like a DIY reno and shows it. Cabinets were painted white in the kitchen, squeaky, and didn't really close well, or at all. Two floor AC units did a serviceable job cooling one bedroom and the living room, but were loud when sleeping. The other bedroom was just hot. Well set out, well equipped, very well located in Colorado Springs, it was everything we needed. Quiet, clean. Communication with the management team… if needed… was easy and friendly. „Hot summer August days and no AC!!! We arrived at 5pm on Friday tired and hungry ready to cook a meal to spend the evening relaxing for our busy next day. Entering the house we felt the heat and checked the AC that read 85 degrees, but was set to 65, so we knew it wasn’t working. I called support and they recommended several things to do that did not work. Then they send a maintenance guy that arrived an hour later and who clearly couldn’t fix anything because all he did was change the filter ...

„Brenda is a wonderful person with a lovely home in nice neighborhood. I am glad I was able to meet her. During my stay the temperatures were in excess of 95 degrees, because the air conditioning was never turned on during my stay I was literally unable to sleep until it finally cooled down about 4am (I get up for work at 6). The list of amenities is completely inaccurate. Due to the high fees associated and because there are no amenities there is no value.“

Viel Gutes, aber auch ein paar Minuspunkte

"Die öffentlichen Räume des Hotels sind schön angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Pool sehr angenehm. Alle Angestellten sind uns äußerst freundlich begegnet. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut mit "cook to order" - in diesem schönen Ambiente hätten wir uns allerdings richtiges Geschirr gewünscht. Ein paar Einschränkungen gab es: im Zimmer war die Internetverbindung nicht gut. Der Schreibtisch hat sehr gewackelt, was allerdings noch am selben Tag repariert wurde, nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen hatten. Vor dem Zimmer war eine Lampe so defekt, dass sie ständig laut gesummt hat. Im Schlafbereich hat man das zwar nicht gehört - aber es hätte bei der Zimmerkontrolle auffallen müssen. So hatte man den Eindruck, dass nicht sehr sorgfältig auf die Instandhaltung geachtet wurde - das ließe sich verbessern. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."
