„My room was lovely, but the exterior areas of the property need better upkeep. Pool was never skimmed or cleaned and deck furniture was covered in pine tree droppings.“

„My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The guest house is beautiful and the pool area feels like a mini 5 star resort. Hosts Brian and Giovanni are not only accommodating, they are also genuinely lovely people. The town of Bellport is quaint but there's plenty to do and everyone we encountered was very friendly. We're already planning our next stay.“

„Really liked Dune. I had a great room that was on the other side from Sea Grape - bar that could be loud. I heard noting from room 31. Could walk to Post Rd and the beach. Ocean view from room. “
