„We stayed on Long Island for 4 nights to coach a Perfect Game Baseball Tournament. This property was spacious enough to host my wife and I along with 4 other coaches (6 adults total). We were also able to bring our two jack russells with us. We had a great time, and look forward to staying here again.“

„Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!“

„We stayed here with our four children, ages 17-9, and everyone had a comfortable stay —plenty of space — and thought the property and surrounding area were beautiful. Sitting on the deck with morning coffee was so peaceful! The kids especially enjoyed the game room.“

„We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.“

„We were looking for a small and private beach house getaway for the weekend and found this hidden gem. Our property manager, Debbie, made herself available throughout our stay to answer all of our questions. Everything needed for our comfort weekend was provided. We strongly recommend this place for those who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We will be returning! “
