„Such a beautiful hidden gem in a jungle setting! The breakfasts prepared by Chef Diana were incredibly delicious! The one thing that we felt strange about, was that everything was taken care of online with very little contact with hotel staff. Ricky was beyond helpful with assisting us navigating the property. We can't wait to stay again! “

„My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. It is great spot and it’s about ten minutes from everywhere you want to go. I would stay here again on an extended stay to go scuba diving by myself. „We had a 10 year vow renewal on the beach. We had a couple villas in the community. The only thing is it’s 3 floors and it’s stairs all the way up and the beds in the second floor bedroom aren’t very comfortable. The king on third floor was good though. The roof top deck was nice. It is located far back from the beach but this space was only for sleeping and holding people’s food. They have a golf cart service for when you buy groceries that will load at your car and take it to your unit.The ...

„Our family of 8 stayed in Casa Santa Pilar and were extremely satisfied with the beautiful home, pool, grounds and beach. It was a comfortable, private vacation house with many amenities. The staff that cleans the house and grounds are terrific. I recommend the cook service - Arturo was fabulous. Manager Jose was very helpful and attentive to all requests. „The property was very much as listed. The unit is newly renovated with a very nice shower; however the bathroom is very small otherwise and a little awkward. The bedroom is very large with a comfortable double bed and storage but due to the blackout coating on the patio doors to the pool and lounge area (providing thorough privacy), there is no view when the doors are closed and it is quite dark in the room during the day. „Memo was a great host and very helpful. It was great to have snorkeling within walking distance and the pool was great after a day in the ocean and sun. The space was very good. It would have been nice to have a few more restaurant options within walking distance. „This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood 25 minutes from downtown Cozumel (San Miguel). Birds flying around in the yard, coconut palms, bananas, avocado trees, beautiful pool. Wonderful enclosed porch with mosquito netting (although we never saw any). Bikes were nice for getting around the area although a car is a must here or really on Cozumel in general if you want to get a feel for the whole island. „Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen, und das Haus ist ein versteckter Schatz. Von außen ganz unscheinbar, entpuppt es sich innen als total gemütlich und einladend. Es gibt nur sieben Appartments, und einen Patio mit Grillecke. Sogar ein kleiner Pool steht zur Verfügung, und alles ist sehr gepflegt. "occidental - nie mehr. maximal 3 sternehotel. keine ahnung warum die 5 sterne haben. bereits beim check in sehr unfreundliches personal. haben unterkunft gebucht für 3 erwachsene (doppelzimmer mit 2 doppelbetten) und ein zimmer erhalten mit nur einem doppelbett. das hotel gab an, dass die zimmer welche man bucht nicht garantiert sind und sie aktuell kein anderes zimmer hätten. 5 sternehotel gebucht - eine person musste dann auf einem kinderklappbett schlafen ! wiederholten reklamationen unsererseits ist auch der manager gekonnt ausgewichen, es wurde immer wieder auf ebookers verwiesen. am letzten tag haben sie uns noch einen restaurantbesuch angeboten, dass sowieso schon inklusive war (all inklusive). essen und trinken war schlecht - getränke ohne kohlensäure. es gab nie badetücher, jeden tag musste man warten und dann haben sie oft streng gerochen. kaum mehr strand vorhanden, wird von der strömung abgetragen (da können sie aber nichts für). das einzig tolle war die gartenanlage, welche sehr gepflegt war. wir empfehlen es überhaupt nicht. "
