„Fantastic place to stay. We had two suites for relatives who were visiting Cheltenham. Both suites were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Milk and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch. Plenty of towels with robes and slippers too. The team I spoke to were all really helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this place. “

„Great, centrally-located property. The appartment was modern, clean &spacious. The staff were friendly & helpful. I had a room above the pedestrianised area which meant there was a bit of noise from people leaving the pubs but it soon died down. I'd stay again.“

The value for money is excellent as there are large rooms with all the comforts of a home. Im Bad sind die Fugen schwarz verschimmelt. Im WC waren noch Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger. Das Frühstück ist nach wie vor in Ordnung. Aber wenn das mit der Sauberkeit nicht besser wird, werde ich in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen.“

"Ich hatte gleich am ersten Tag erwähnt das mein Zimmer sehr laut war ,wohl irgendeine Lüftung auf dem Dach. Man wollte sich darum kümmern es ist aber nichts passiert. Ich hoffe das ich beim Aufenthalt nächste Woche nictht wieder das gleiche Zimmer bekomme."

"I really really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! Its perfect place to get into the Cotswold, go on hikes or just relax. To the hotel do not expect a 5 star spa high-end hotel. This hotel has a lot of english charm which i loved!! My room just had one wardrobe with just 10 hangers ,so all the shirts and underwear stayed in the bags. Which is no problem for me but maybe a bigger wardrobe wouldake sense here. Great big bathroom, everything was clean and tidy 👍👌 You even have a samll SPA area with 1x sauna and a steam room and jacuzzi (you have to pay extra but its ok its holiday). i would definitely come again!"

Nice old English hotel

"Ich habe 3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und auch Fitnessraum und Sauna benutzt. Bademantel und auch ein Adapter für den deutschen Stecker wurden umgehend und kostenfrei durch das freundliche Personal zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück war kein kulinarischer Hochgenuss, aber doch vielseitig und ganz okay. Ich hatte das Hotel wegen der ruhigen Lage (neben Golfplatz) und dem Parkplatz (Auto in Sichtweite) ausgesucht. Das Gebäude mit den langen, verwinkelten Gängen hat seinen Charme. Gerne wieder!"
