„Stayed at the villa Ria for a week four adults two with mobility issue one in wheelchair. The villa is fantastic besutiful gardens pool is fantastic comunication with the owner and the manager was excellence everything you need in a holiday it is about a 10 min wslik to the nestest shops and bars to far for my husband to walk but our friends with the wheelchair we ok we just got a taxi no problem i would definitely recommend Villa Ria its in a peaceful area but clise enough to all the amenities  ...

„The villa is exactly as shown on the website. Communication with hosts was excellent. Location was perfect - a 10 minute walk out of the town so close to water taxis, lots of restaurants (we ate out every night and didn’t have a bad experience) and shops. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. “

„Très belle maison dans l’ensemble, belle emplacement près du centre. Mais un gros manque d’équipement très handicapant que ça soit la vaisselle dans la cuisine, en passant par la literie. Également on a vu une présence de cafard dans les chambre. Pour finir, il y avait un manque de sécurité dans la maison, entre la vitre de la douche qui explose en pleine douche (ce qui nous vaut un petit séjour à l’hôpital), la Clim qui a des défauts de fonctionnement, la douche qui marche pas tous le temps et ...

„The villa was as described and the pool was lovely, as it was so hot. When needed clean bedding we just asked the cleaner. The villa had hardly any items. No mugs (the cups were tiny) used plastic cups to make a drink and only 1teaspoon and no t towel or cloths. There was no plug and the bowl was cracked (had to stuff plughole with toilet paper).There was no toilet paper (had to get some from restaurant toilet until went to the shops the next day) No hand wash. So pack mugs, t towel, washing up ...

„Excellent communication with owner and property manager throughout whole process. The villa was clean and beautifully furnished with plenty of kitchen utensils ( there was not one thing we looked for that was not there). A 15 minute walk into the main town with a handy shop nearby and market on the door step. The only thing that would have be welcome is a water tower / cooler. Otherwise, ideal for family and friends. “

„Had a fantastic time. Villa is in a perfect location. Wayne is so friendly and helpful - he couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. No issues at all and villa is perfect for large family and with children. Pool and slide are fantastic. Couldn’t recommend villa highly enough“

„Wir sind mit allem soweit zufrieden. Wenn sie Hilfe gebraucht haben war der Besitzer wie auf Knopf druck da sehr hilfsbereit und nett und lieb und respektvoll. Ich würde wieder dahin und wieder Zu dem gleichen Besitzer Villa ist sauber Pool wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht im Haus ist genauso sauber.“
