„My stay at Excellent Villas was a wonderful experience! The property truly feels like home, with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful during my stay. The only downside was the noise at night, as the villas are close to bars and discos, which can get a bit loud. However, the overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a cozy and beautiful place to stay.“

„The villa is exactly as shown on the website. Communication with hosts was excellent. Location was perfect - a 10 minute walk out of the town so close to water taxis, lots of restaurants (we ate out every night and didn’t have a bad experience) and shops. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. “

„The villa was as described and the pool was lovely, as it was so hot. When needed clean bedding we just asked the cleaner. The villa had hardly any items. No mugs (the cups were tiny) used plastic cups to make a drink and only 1teaspoon and no t towel or cloths. There was no plug and the bowl was cracked (had to stuff plughole with toilet paper).There was no toilet paper (had to get some from restaurant toilet until went to the shops the next day) No hand wash. So pack mugs, t towel, washing up ...

„Had a fantastic time. Villa is in a perfect location. Wayne is so friendly and helpful - he couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. No issues at all and villa is perfect for large family and with children. Pool and slide are fantastic. Couldn’t recommend villa highly enough“

„We couldn't fault this accommodation. It was clean, well equipped and private. The manager was on hand if we needed him and replied quickly (the water was off in Dalyan and we didn't know if it was just the villa). For us, it was quite far to walk into Dalyan in the heat however, a taxi only cost 150 Turkish lira. Obviously a car would be a good idea if you want to go further afield. „The stay was lovely with a great location not too far from town. The only criticism I would have is that the water does go cold so to have showers at once is not possible! If the hot water is used up then it does take time to heat back up. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and noise is not liked despite being in large groups with children! The host was really receptive and came whenever and as required. Lovely hosts ans would definitely recommend a stay here if visiting Dalyan! ...

„Stayed at the villa Ria for a week four adults two with mobility issue one in wheelchair. The villa is fantastic besutiful gardens pool is fantastic comunication with the owner and the manager was excellence everything you need in a holiday it is about a 10 min wslik to the nestest shops and bars to far for my husband to walk but our friends with the wheelchair we ok we just got a taxi no problem i would definitely recommend Villa Ria its in a peaceful area but clise enough to all the amenities  ...
