„Good point is the personal. The personal is friendly and they just try to give their best. BUT this is the only good point. This hotel is far away from his prime time. Everything in this hotel is from feeling 50 years ago. Installation, noisy, dirty in the rooms, old towels and dirty bed, bad smelling in the room like a kitchen and over all COLD. The temperature in my room was 17C and no way to head it up. The bed was dirty. Over all not even a 2 star hotel. “

I booked here for one night, and when I arrived at the location, the hotel looks nothing like it does on the posted photos, the area around it is dirty, and the entrance is on an unpaved side street. Check out Google Street View, to see what the place actually looks like. Ended up going somewhere else, and not staying here.“

„I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there .
