Our 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse is 1,300 sq ft and was recently constructed in November 2019. It is located on the edge of Downtown between the Capitol Hill neighborhood and the trendy River North Arts District, known to the locals as RiNo!

As you enter the home, there is a bedroom on the first floor with a Queen bed. This bedroom is the only room on the first floor, which allows for some privacy from the rest of the space.

Heading up the first flight of stairs you step into the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 3. On this second floor, you can flop back on the sectional sofa and flip on the flat-screen TV with a built-in Roku for all of your streaming needs (must use your own accounts; no cable/satellite), as well as the half bathroom.

On the 3rd floor, there are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in glass shower which includes a rainfall showerhead + side body sprayers. The master bedroom also leads out to the rooftop deck boasting a personal view of Downtown Denver!!

For a peaceful evening enjoying the view, head up to the rooftop deck with seating for everyone while enjoying the glorious blue and orange sunset spread throughout the panoramic Colorado sky.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

If any issues should arise during your stay, a representative from our management company will be available 24/7 to assist you.

Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

Overall, the place is very nice. Modern and beautifully decorated. It is also located within walking distance of the zoo and Coors Field. Communication was excellent. We called to ask for an early check in which was accommodated (it was a $30 charge which is stated in their listing). Other communication was via text and response time was very quick and friendly. I gave only four stars for cleanliness because the rug in the living room had some chips left from a previous guest. It was no big deal and perhaps missed in a rush to get us in early. We loved hanging out inside playing games around the coffee table! I would not recommend for groups with small children (we had a two year old with us) because the stairs are treacherous for inexperienced walkers, but the listing accurately depicts them. I did expect a bit more of a downtown view from the rooftop deck (we could only see the top of three buildings), but we weren’t there for the view. We were there for the zoo, the family time, and seeing Denver. I would definitely stay here again 😁

Couple of thoughts
It was a in a convenient location for us. Just a couple of thoughts. The bedroom on floor of entrance to condo does not have a bathroom. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to a half bath on main floor. There was no luggage rack in room for suitcase. It was very cold Would be nice to have a TV.

Nice condo, minor issues...
Issues with the condo were minor but something to consider. The AC does not do a good job for the 3rd story. The first day/night the top story was very warm even though the bottom 2 levels were freezing. By the 2nd day the air finally cooled down the top level. The bottom level bedroom door doesn't open all the way due to the bed blocking the door, not a big deal just an annoyance. On our stay the kitchen garbage was not emptied before we arrived, and the cleaning crew ran late. Our biggest issue was we asked ahead of time for early check in because of an event we were attending that evening. We gave the management company a reminder 1 week prior to our arrival, and again the morning of our arrival. I noticed online that the condo was not rented out before our arrival so we thought this wouldn't be an issue. Not only was the condo not ready for early check in, the cleaning crew showed up 20 minutes before check-in, we know because we were parked outside, and then ran late so we ended up not checking in until 4:20pm which made our timeline really tight to make our event. Also parking can be a pain if you have more than 1 car. Most of the time we could barely squeeze 1 car in on the street, and had to park the other larger car(SUV) on a different street down the road.

Excellent location and townhome
The entire experience was effortless. We were in Denver for a small wedding and this home was a perfect central touchdown location to reconvene and get the bride ready for her big day. It was clean, stylish, and the kitchen was great for cooking our own breakfast. Washer and dryer came in handy after we went on the bachelorette party hike, Manitou Springs Incline, early one morning in Colorado Springs. It’s close to downtown and Cherry Creek restaurants. Highly recommend if you don’t want to stay in a hotel and prefer a quieter location not too far from everything. (Perfect for adult guest)

Great place to stay & work remotely from
Four of us who were all working remotely stayed here for 4 nights / 5 days just for a change of scenery and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo had plenty of surfaces and seating to accommodate multiple people working from laptops and being on calls throughout the workday, including a very useful downstairs office and the super comfy large sectional couch. The kitchen was also clean and well equipped with a gas range stove, plenty of plates/silverware, and a dishwasher, making it easy and enjoyable to cook meals. The location is nice and central, surrounded by a neighborhood of historic homes with a few great parks (including the Denver botanical garden and the Denver zoo) just a pleasant half-hour walk away. The property management company was also prompt and easy to communicate with. Overall this place was very comfortable and we would all definitely come back / recommend it to others.

New, close to a beautiful park, and impersonal
The property is very nice and comfortable for a short-term stay. We believe that the pictures represent it well. It is about 0.8 miles from the impressive City Park and Denver Zoo. The neighborhood definitely has a character and is a combination of well-kept properties and homes that have seen better days. The property is pleasantly decorated. We would have liked if the bedding was a bit higher in quality, since what was used felt cheap and unpleasant. The fitted sheets in the two bedrooms didn't look or smell fresh, hence the 3 stars rating for cleanliness. We believe that the property is managed by a third party which we found at least 50% unresponsive. We were promptly contacted with guidance about wifi issues, however, which we appreciated. Check-in (getting the lock combination) and more information about the property, is through a third party website. It took several texts and conversations with the property's contact to log into this account. After about 2.5 hours we were able to get the lock combination. The lady in charge was nice during the first telephone call, but sounded testy afterwords. This happened later on a Sunday afternoon, and perhaps we were an inconvenience. We've stayed in many VRBO properties, all over the world, in the past 7 years or so. One of the things we value very much is the personal involvement of the owners, and how each of them made us feel comfortable, at home away from home. This particular property had the exact opposite feeling. It felt indifferent and unwelcoming.
