The house was as beautiful in person as the photos! The location was very central to everything.
We had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful home on my daughter’s Beachlorette trip! Loved everything about it- house, pool, location… My only concern was limited parking but we just found a spot in the overflow lot and left that vehicle parked! They had opened the property up to golf cart rentals which made a huge difference or it would have been a bit of a hike. Will definitely rent again!

Perfectly secluded and quiet
We enjoyed our stay at Vitamin Sea. The pool and surrounding areas in the gated community were excellent. Everyone was friendly and it couldn't have been more secure. The house itself was perfect for what we needed. Online description is spot on. If we make a trip back we would love to stay again!

Absolutely Amazing Vacation
This property is absolutely amazing!!! It was everything!!! So very clean, very well stocked, in a gorgeous villa, and quite spacious. We couldn't have asked for a better property. We were so blessed to have chosen this place and when we got the check in details, we knew it was the right spot because the code was our home phone number from childhood!!! We plan to try and use it again. Thank you, so much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home. It was definitely a blessing!!!

Great week overall !
House size, pool, and neighborhood were all great. Appears the family before us may have been destructive to the property. Broken chair, toilet seat, mirror ripped off wall, 2 broken chairs on upstairs balcony, and propane tank gas line left on so nothing in the tank. Overall, great time had by all. Not on the beach, but walk there wasn't terrible

The house was beautiful, as listed. It is a short walkto the beach. The neighborhood got rowdy at night while we stayed. The pool and hot tub were a nice break from the strong winds at the beach. The listing needs to be honest about the HOA and very limited parking that is available for the amount of guests they have stay and amount of vehicles they should arrive in. My recommendation would be if staying only bring the 2 vehicle for the driveway only. You will not have the extra parking they say you will. Extra vehicles in this neighborhood get towed nightly, even if using extra parking. Be aware

Overall, I was merely sanitized with this vrbo. I do have some concerns/misinformation regarding the property itself. 1. About half of the light bulbs were burnt out in the house. 2. In the king room upstairs bathroom, every time you turned the shower on, the smell of sewer would occur and last for at least at hour. 3. In the check in email, there were codes listed for the different entrances to the neighborhood. 1 code was listed incorrectly. 4. The pool wristbands accounted for at our property were 11, with 1 band already broken. In the check in email, it lists that the bands are $25 a piece of lost but the sign located with the wristbands stated $20 for a lost band. I’m hopeful we don’t get charged for a already damaged band. 5. The listing states there is a seasonal trolley that will take you to the public beach area. I messaged the owner the day we arrived asking about this service and never got a response, nor did we ever see a trolley while on the property. 6. The check in email states there are no early check ins allowed yet when we drove by the property 2 hours prior, it was ready. They state this is a covid delayed decision but then also want to know whether you leave early the next day. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay but definitely misleading and I was left disappointed.

A Relaxing Time with Family
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with family. The home was perfect for our group. It was conveniently located to the beach and all of the shops on Hwy 98. We would stay here again.

Beautiful!
First time in Destin and we loved it! Only a short walk to the beach. The house was gorgeous and in a great little gated neighborhood with a community pool. The only (minor) gripe was that there was only one dish towel and no pot holders in the kitchen. Aside from that tiny inconvenience, the house was fantastic! Would love to rent again!

“No swimming allowed”. We were both very disappointed that the pool was not heated..
They house was well equipped. (Compliments to the owner), and the beds were very comfortable. All sheets and towels were pristine. We would LOVE to stay there again. Loved being able to walk to everything. Decor was lovely! We both felt the housekeeping was fair. All the rugs had lots of sand underneath, the floors were not dusty, but when I mopped, they were very dirty. I believe that the housekeeping may vacuum what you SEE, but probably do not throughly mop the hardwood. I’m sure it was properly sanitized (for covid), because the baths and kitchen were very clean, but not floors. Also, the dishes/glasses/utensils were great etc, but I had to find pans and lids that matched, and then wash the pans before use. Very nice cookware, but again housekeeping needs to clean it between guests, (because some guests put things away dirty) and put it away more orderly. Owners pay for housekeeping...cost passed on to the renter.(we have rental property), and you expect housekeeping to have things clean for next guests. I’m fairly sure it was cleaner when we checked ou than when we arrived. Overall, the place was beautiful and well taken care of by the owner in beauty, comfort, and decor. We were very disappointed that the heated pool was not heated during our stay. We both like to swim even if the weather is cool, and felt the pool heaters should have been turned on. Someone said they turn them on March 1. I wish we had know that we might have picked a different property. Again, our compliments to the owner on the house itself.
