„Schones Hotel, direkt am Meer, leider wird die Uferpromenade gerade renoviert, das heißt, Zugang zum Meer geht nur, ca 2 KM südlich. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber sehr angenehm eingerichtet und neu renoviert (eher nichts für 2) Das Frühstück bietet fast alles und ist ein Traum, auch gibt es Tennisplätze, Gym und einen grossen Pool. Gym, Pool sind zwar etwas alt, aber besser als in anderen Hotels. Der Preis ist relativ ok, ist eben nicht billig, Jeddah.“

„The Service in this hotel was not good. Further the breakfast had a very limited choice. For a cappuccino I had to pay 5€ on top, the normal coffee was not drinkable. The comfort of the room is ok, but also q-tips, where not refilled after they were empty. 3 times my key card did not work. “

„Hotel is dated lots of wear and tear. Things in the room did not work had to replace both telephones or i could not order food. No restaurants at night open even though they show they do. Room sevuce menu dose not have most of it but what they did have was nice, no diet drinks. Breakfast is a joke, forget it if you want eggs i managed to get them once in 5 days, one day i still did not have them after 20 minutes, the others no one there to cook them. Overall this must of been a great hotel ...

„Die Sitzmöbel und der Teppich voller Flecken, jeglicher Art. Möchte sich nirgends setzen oder nur einen Schritt ohne Socken gehen. Die Poolanlage ist desolat, auch hier alles abgeranzt. Die Massage war eine Katastrophe ohne Handtuch dafür mit streicheleinheiten von den langen offenen Haaren Sehr unprofessionell im gesamten sei es die reception oder Housekeeping oder Spamitarbeiter Mir ist schleierhaft wie dieses Hotel so hoch bewertet werden kann… “

„Sehr gutes Hotel direkt am Meer. Wie in jedem Hyatt ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Service und das Essen in den Restaurants sind hervorragend. Einziger Wermutstropfen, das Hotel ist etwas teurer aber seinen Preis auch durchaus wert.“
