„We had a great visit! The house is very remote, no cell service, which was what I was looking for. The back deck is awesome. The house is surrounded by trees and the deck stayed cool all day so that is where we spend most of our time unwinding. We spent hours on the deck and saw just one mosquito during our three days stay. The hike to the beach was enjoyable. When we did go inside the AC kept the temperature quite comfortable. „The house is a very nice place to stay. Very clean on the inside but the porches where we liked to hang out had a few too many spider webbs. Just needed a good pressure washing. It was very easy to make contact with the owners. They were quick to respond with answers to any questions. The road getting to the property is rough. „Family Paradise was the perfect setting for my family to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. The house was set on a beautiful cove with breathtaking lake views. We enjoyed the kayaks, slide, and jump platform. We tried to fish , but were never able to catch anything. Shannon was very responsive and able to answer all questions we had leading up to the trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this location, and I hope we can again soon.“

„If you want to go somewhere to get away from people and noise this is the place to go. The way the home situated it has privacy, is quiet and very nice. The host was helpful with any question I had and so friendly! We brought a floating mat, we tied it to the dock and our grands Loved it! It’s great for hanging out and swimming.“

„I absolutely love how this house sits right on the water. We literally fished from the front porch. It was perfect for two people. The county road leading to the driveway is rutted but we made it fine. Once you get to the owner’s property it is a concrete drive. Although steep, it is in good shape. The county road is what could use some work. Overall great location, loved the house, and would definitely stay here again.“

„Grace's retreat was awesome!! Comfortable beds, enough seating for all, great deck with view and well equipped kitchen. I hosted a Father's day cook out. We had serving plates, cutting boards, and mixing bowls and enough utensils for all. Terry was awesome when dropping off/picking up the pontoon boat. We had a fun time on the lake and will be returning.“

„The beds were not made covers in the corner of the rooms . Was not sure they had been washed. Towels where laying in front of washer not sure they at been washed either. I washed them my self that night. The steps going up to the cabin could use hand rails to be saver. I was not given clear instructions on the code to the front door. Had to contact Vrbo to get access. The stay was very enjoyable and the area around the cabin was wonderful. I will stay again. Thank you“

„Overall we had a great stay. Very close to town. As mentioned in listing, bring your own toilet paper and paper towels, only a few rolls of each at rental. Only 4 bath towels provided so if you plan to stay longer than a few days, make sure to pack extras (no W/D as mentioned in listening). The only negative was that it took a while for the AC to cool down the rental. We will stay again!“
