„Great location with a fantastic dock! Wonderful for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and eating together in a peaceful cove. And I appreciated the plethora of floaties available to use. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very spacious and lots of great seating for everybody. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Owners were great to work with and made sure we were well taken care of. We would love to go back!“

„We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but ...

„We brought a boat so our location was great because we were close to the loading ramp and a marina was right across the lake (very convenient). We could walk to the park. There were 15 people (this included a one year old). We had 12 bath towels, needless to say there was a lot of washing going on. In the master b/room several outlets didn’t work so lamp by bed didn’t work. „A group of 7 long-time friends gathered for an extended weekend. We relaxed, cooked, laughed, and enjoyed our time. We sat in the back deck a lot and enjoyed the view. We did venture to the water everyday, and note that the house is on a bluff with stairs leading to the floating dock. This is in the listing and all of us 40+ year olds were able to navigate the stairs with no trouble but we did take lunch and supplies down to minimize the number of times someone had to go back up to the house. ...
