„Unsere Schlüsselkarten mussten jeden Tag neu kodiert werden, weil das System nicht richtig funktionierte. Betten und Bad wurden nicht gemacht. Beim Frühstück war um 8:30 Uhr fast alles weg und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Die Waschmaschinen in unseren Stockwerk waren nicht zugänglich. Das Hotel war sauber und recht neu.“

„Overall experience was nice, would stay again, had one minor mishap when I first got there, a dead bug was in the bathroom, it was very huge but the staff member came upstairs to get rid of it for me, which I appreciated. Furniture was outdated but was told the hotel would be upgrading soon. Pool was nice, couldn’t really get in due to the weather. Breakfast was okay, convenient and something to put on your stomach. „The location of the hotel is quite good, that's been said, the other things weren't that great. I requested six months prior a quite room and what I finally got was a room facing directly the street, which was extremely noisy and light cam in through the window blinds. Staff was very friendly, but couldn't help me out. So I wouldn't go there again, since the food wasnt that great and if you're unlucky, your getting a bad room. “

„Happy with my stay. Only thing that would make it a 10 plus is to have a bell hop. Being a single woman with some physical limitations (especially after a long trip) it would have been wonderful to have someone assist in unloading luggage and delivering to room. I would also like to give a special thank you to the bar tenders on 2nd floor and the restaurant staff on 1st floor with their help in coordinating brunch for a large family group! “

„The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and my husband liked the coffee. Parking was mostly full all the time, we had to circle the building a couple of times to find space. The elevator was out on the second day of our stay, but it looked like the manager had already called the repairmen. the property is convenient to I-35 which was good for us.“

„Für unseren Besuch von Austin war dieses Hotel unsere Wahl. Das Hotel ist etwas nördlich von Austin und wir sind deshalb bei der Ankunft etwas in den Stau gekommen. Das Hotel selber ist in einer Gegend wo es noch weitere Hotel in der ähnlichen Art gibt. Mein Zimmer war riesig und hätte sogar noch eine Küche gehabt. Es ist sicherlich nicht mehr ganz neu, bietet aber alles was ein Hotel benötigt. Die Dusche selber war auch nicht mehr ganz neu aber immer noch funktional. Die Lage ist sicher, aber ...
