„Amenities can be better. Someone needs to check the HVAC unit regularly - it never worked. Coffee mugs are non existent. The unit has been broken into so door is flimsy at best. Screen door is hanging on by a thread and doesn't close. Thought it was out in the country where its quiet. Not on NYE. Neighbor across the lane set off LOTS of fireworks, even though not allowed on property.“
