„Die Ferienanlage ist sehr großzügig und liegt direkt am Atlantik. In der Anlage gibt es zwei Pools, Tennisplätze, Shuffleboards, Grillplätze, Beachbar, Entertainment, uvm. Unsere Unterkunft war groß, gut ausgestattet, aber leicht schmutzig. Dies kann aber auch vom Hurrikan "Irene" herkommen. Unser Gesamteindruck war wirklich gut, die Outer Banks sind immer einen Urlaub, eine Woche ist ausreichend, wert.“

„Very disappointed on the appearance of the house. I would never have rented the house if we saw the external condition first. All railings were chipping paint. It looked terrible. Weeds all over the pool area. House needed a lot of work. The kitchen was not disorganized and not well stocked for cooking. The house suited our needs but needed work and was very outdated. Would not stay there again.“

„Very cute condo and very peaceful. We thought we were going directly though the owner and VRBO , we were wrong it was through Vacasa and not the owner . We got their Monday at 8:15 pm, after driving 9 hours , I had to clean the previous guest dishes that were still in the dishwasher dirty. Housekeeper did not make bunk beds , restroom reeked of urine. The housekeeper did not do anything , the sheets on the bed in the bedroom were dirty. „We very much enjoyed this house. Most important to us is that the house be clean and it was.It had everything we needed and the pool table was a plus. Lots of fun! I have only one complaint- you can’t get through a 10 minute shower without running out of hot water. A house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms obviously needs a larger hot water heater.“

„The property really needs TLC.. many lightbulbs were burned out, furniture torn or soiled, broken windows with duct tape, curtain rods about to fall off……master bedroom was nice, but the mattress needed replaced. Felt like i was sleeping in a hole. The walk to the beach was short and the location is perfect.. the hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed it . I would not book this house again, unless updates were made.“
