„Our family stayed over Xmas 2024! 10 adults 4 children under the age of 4. Everything was spectacular! The golf carts were a great addition getting us around the neighborhood and to the beach club! The beach club was terrific but on check in I was informed the “good news” that we were able to use the club which I didn’t know was not a given. Maybe need to be more specific that the beach club might not be available. We used to club a lot and was a highlight! San Jose de Cabo is such a cool town! ...

„The place was incredible! The road access was a little primitive. We made it fine but it would have been valuable to know that there was a more improved road available (That didn’t show up as an option on Google Maps). We would have gladly taken the longer more paved road to the property but saying that it was a tremendous location and property and we will definitely put it on our places to go back to.“

„Overall our stay was pleasant, especially when relaxing in the backyard by the pool.The only problem was lack of hot water in the kitchen which made washing dishes cumbersome and intermittent availability of hot water in bathrooms.“

We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds. „The house is perfect for a relaxing week on the beach. Plenty of sun and sand. It was beautiful to watch the whales from the privacy of your livingroom and the sun rises from the patio was picture perfect. My kids enjoyed looking for creatures in the rocks during low tide and feeding the donkeys on the dirt road. The only thing that I would change is book a longer stay.“
