„Casa Los Arcos is a gem of a spot. The huge home and humble casita have plenty of room for three families (we had 11 total). The separation of space was great, and all the rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The backup generator was great when others on the beach lost electricity one evening. „Amazing location if you want to experience the local culture. Walkable to everything you might need and the art district has so many shopping options and great restaurants. „We rang in the new year at the Casa de las Sonrisas. I also turned 50 here. It was the best house and setting that we could have asked for!! It was perfect for our group of 9. The location was great – very secluded away from tourists and commotion. We had the best time. The hot tub and pool were amazing and well used by the group. Really enjoyed that it was far enough away from the hub-bub of Los Barriles but close enough to get to in a matter of minutes (as long as you have some transportation). The Casa was very clean and had all the amenities (kitchen tools and appliances, bathroom, bedding, etc,.) that we needed! I would stay there again!“

„Our stay was so great. Brian and Lucy were the best and most communicative and helpful hosts. The property/view is lovely and very private. We loved listening to the water lapping all night. We especially loved getting out in the kayaks to float with all the devil rays. We rented an ATV to get back and forth to town and pickleball and that was fun too. We look forward to visiting again soon!“

„Our family stayed over Xmas 2024! 10 adults 4 children under the age of 4. Everything was spectacular! The golf carts were a great addition getting us around the neighborhood and to the beach club! The beach club was terrific but on check in I was informed the “good news” that we were able to use the club which I didn’t know was not a given.
