„We lived in Iowa City for 25 years and were back there visiting friends after long absence. This condo on the now-hip "north" side is just perfect. Can walk to everything in downtown. Clean, well-appointed, and an amazing view from the wall of windows. Bed good, nice array of pillow choices! Best of all: Aaron, the host. We had a start-up glitch with the heat. Called Aaron. He answered and was immediately responsive. Sent a person who lives in the building. Fixed in minutes. Aaron was ...

„Great property, perfect size for our group of 6. Quiet neighborhood, close to area bike trails, state parks, and City life. Would stay here again.“

„This property is one of the best places that we have ever rented. We had ten adults and eight children and it never seemed crowded. There were more than enough beds for everyone. The outside was a fabulous place to explore. The second refrigerator in the garage was an added bonus. We would definitely love to return here again!“

„Property was clean, inviting, and serene..a perfect place to get away from it all.“

„We were in town visiting family and wanted to bring our dog. This property was dog friendly (even left treats for him), very clean and the location was great (right off a main road about 1 minute from the main highway). One of the main bike paths is even located right across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here.“

„We have stayed with this host before and were happy her home was available for this stay. The bed is so comfortable ! And we love that it’s tucked in a nice neighborhood. The host is very responsive and kind. “

„We enjoyed our stay in Tiffin during an Iowa football weekend. The location was convenient and allowed all of us (eight adults) to stay together. The owners were responsive when we had questions. We will look to stay here in the future!“

„We were a group of Fishermen that were fishing BFL Regionals on the Mississippi. Driveway was a little tight to back a boat in being on a busier street, but is manageable. House was clean and very comfortable, and the host was very responsive and accommodating when we asked for a grill he made sure one was on site by time of arrival. Would definitely stay there again.“
