„We really liked the place- nice modern apartment in a great location with a small balcony. Many restaurants nearby that we like, and underground pkg was easy. Wished they had a small dresser in the closet to unpack clothes and directions for the tv/ but we figured it out- definitely recommend! “

„Highly recommend! Stayed the weekend for a girls getaway birthday celebration. Steve, the host, was prompt with responding to questions. The accommodations are relatively new and very nice! Beautiful river views and above the cocktail bar that had a fun performer on Friday evening. We met several local people who were very friendly - a great small community! We are planning on coming back when warmer weather comes to take advantage of the deck.“

„Hubby and I had a little weekend away and this place was WONDERFUL! SO clean, very cozy and pics are just as the property shows. Delicious coffee shop walking distance, cute little shops and yummy bakery, too. „An absolute gem! The decor was stylish, thoughtfully designed, and made the space feel warm and inviting. The location is perfect--close to everything! I felt completely safe and at ease during my stay. This place had every amenity I could ask for--fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedding, fast wi-fi, and 2 smart TVs. „My mother, sister, niece, and I take a girl’s weekend every year. We look for unique houses in locations where there an interesting places to explore. This house perfectly fit the bill. Host was nice and responsive without being overbearing. One thing I think is important for future renters to know is that the main living area and kitchen are up a flight of stairs. Location is beautiful and Lake MacBride offers a lot to do. “

"Nice hotel in downtown Iowa City. The most reasonably priced Hyatt I have ever stayed at. Great room on top floor of high rise building. Great bed, great bathroom and shower… Breakfast also very nice… the only draw back is that parking costs extra. But in this town… parking is expensive anywhere downtown,"
