„It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. “

„We loved the location. Took two days to warm up the place but we understood it was empty prior to our arrival. It was clean and very inviting. We will be back again! Just not in January lol. We did get to see a beautiful snowfall from the front room. The windows gave us an amazing view. “
