„We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much. Amazing service and wonderful staff , they do all they can to make you feel comfortable, i highly recommend staying there and definitely looking forward to my next stay there in the future.“

„Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. „New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. The staff asked for my feedback way too many times. Even before I arrived they were calling me asking for my feedback. It’s nice to take feedback. But annoying when it’s excessive. “

„I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. „Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return. “

„We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. "Wir hatten dieses Hotel ,aufgrund der guten Bewertung,gebucht . Juli 2024 für Anfang September 24. Direkt nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine E Mail vom Hotel ob wir Wünsche oder Besonderheiten hätten. Da meine Frau Glutenfrei Essen muss gaben wir das an. Es kam keine E Mail zurück,also dachten wir es wäre angekommen . Im Hotel sprach ich bei Ankunft mit der Rezeption sowie mit der Küche. Aber nix passierte. Dazu muss ich sagen das dass restliche Buffet sehr überschaubar war. Am letzten Tag ,nach einem Gespräch mit dem Manager vom Restaurant, war tatsächlich auch gekauftes glutenfreies Brot da(in Hurghada,Januar 2024, wurde alles sofort aufgenommen und täglich frisch gebacken). Leider zu spät!! Die Toiletten am Strand waren sehr ekelhaft,unzumutbar!! Mal abgesehen von der Baustelle. Täglicher Lärm und Dreck. Zimmer und Hotel ansonsten echt schön, das Personal freundlich. Danke an Ahmed aus der Lobbybar..,der uns sehr geholfen hat. Und für den leckeren Mango Smothie !!! "
