„Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. „New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. The staff asked for my feedback way too many times. Even before I arrived they were calling me asking for my feedback. It’s nice to take feedback. But annoying when it’s excessive. “

Direkt nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine E Mail vom Hotel ob wir Wünsche oder Besonderheiten hätten. Da meine Frau Glutenfrei Essen muss gaben wir das an. Es kam keine E Mail zurück,also dachten wir es wäre angekommen . Im Hotel sprach ich bei Ankunft mit der Rezeption sowie mit der Küche. Aber nix passierte. „Schlimm, einfach nur schlimm! Die Ankunft war etwas schwierig, wir kamen mit dem Bus von Alexandria und mussten mit dem Bus bis Marsa Matruh fahren. Danach mit dem Taxi zurück zum Hotel-Resort. Abgeholt wurden wir nicht. Im Gegensatz zu den Pauschaltouristen, die Über ein Reisebuero in Italien buchten. Und vom Airport mit mit dem Hotelshuttle abgeholt wurden. Dass diese Gäste 7 Tage statt unserer 3Tage fuer den halben Preis bekamen, ist ja ok. Dass die Pauschaltouristen zu diesem halben Preis ...

„We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there.
