„I find this hotel unacceptable / terrible. I only had a brief visit to the toilets at reception, which were extremely dirty. Despite a confirmed reservation, there was no room available for me. Neither reception nor Expedia were willing to help me find alternative accommodation. Never again! I can only recommend avoiding this hotel. The other reviews speak for themselves. If it hadn't been the only hotel available, I would never have booked it.“
