The dishwasher flooded the kitchen and living area (twice) and maintenance didn’t feel it could be repaired and would just recommend it be replaced. After using all the beach towels to mop up the water, there was difficulty getting the washing machine to work. After much trial and error we were finally able to get power to the washing machine. „We were a family with two young adults and a couple friends. The house has two bedrooms with spacious closets and a separate large master suite with a spacious closet, a sofa and TV/DVD. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, there is even a good selection of spices. A toaster and coffee maker are available, as well as a kettle for tea water, which you heat on the stove. „My family loved everything about this stunning property - from the wonderful Concierge, Pema, and Chef, the truly spectacular grounds, ocean bay and infinity pool to the beautiful, well stocked and extremely comfortable home itself. There was also complimentary use of paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel gear. It was a very private and relaxing retreat to recharge and enjoy everything N Eleuthera has to offer. „My wife and I brought our two young daughters and my in-laws for 8 nights at Sunnyside. It was amazing. The house is great and has been recently remodeled. The pictures are all accurate. Camille and Andrew who manage the property did a fantastic job ensuring that every detail was cared for, from transportation throughout to housekeeping to groundskeeping. „Baycienda is truly magical. Tom, Brenda and Sanchez are wonderful. Pack your bathing suit and sunblock and be prepared to spend your time on the water with Sanchez. Your mornings will start with the sun rise from your window, and end with the sunset over the Caribbean.“

„It is hard for words to describe the Villa, except it was so incredible. The Villa was first class (Villa 2), the location and privacy was delightful. The beach was beautiful, along with the pools. Not to mention the on site Butler that would check in with you each day, set up your beach or pool supplies and the Chef would cook anything that you desired. We will be back!!!!“

The location is isolated, but near enough to towns to make trips for groceries or meals fairly quick. The sunrises in the mornings were spectacular! „Staff was very attentive. Property was striking. Our villa was kept very clean. Beach was beautiful and quiet with calm, warm water and extensive shallow sand bars. The chef prepared some very nice meals. There is one colorful local restaurant within walking distance. The location is pretty isolated. There are taxis on call but getting off the property isn’t very convenient without a car. A great place for a very quiet, secluded and restful stay. “

"Das Hotel gehört zu den besten Hotels der Insel. Leider kann man Frühstück oder Abendessen nicht vorab buchen. Wir hätten es als angenehm empfunden, wenn man zwanglos an den Frühstückstisch hätte gehen können. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig vom Ort. Zum Strand gejt msn 10 Minuten. Der Pink Beach ist einer der schönsten Strände der Bahamas. Leider gibt es keine Toilettenanlagen in Strandnähe. Es ist traumhaft, am weißen/rosanen Strand zu liegen und den Wellen zu lauschen. Leider waren wir vor Beginn der Saison da. Somit war das Angebot an Ausflügen zu anderen Stränden oder zu Schnorchelgründen etwas eingeschänkt. Wir hätten uns auch gewünscht, wenn man täglich eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer bekommen hätte. Bei Hotels dieser Preisklasse ist das eigentlich üblich."
