„This house has everything you could want in a vacation home. Very well stocked for making meals, heavy duty blender for slushy drinks, games, puzzles, life jackets, kayaks, bikes. Location is very quiet and absolutely beautiful. Kirk was very quick to respond to all our questions. We will be back again for sure. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. “

„The place is beautiful just needs a few upgrades maybe some tv s in the bedrooms and the tv was in and out most of the time starlink was having issues. The grounds can use some flowers around the condos for a welcoming first sight “

„My family loved everything about this stunning property - from the wonderful Concierge, Pema, and Chef, the truly spectacular grounds, ocean bay and infinity pool to the beautiful, well stocked and extremely comfortable home itself. There was also complimentary use of paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel gear. It was a very private and relaxing retreat to recharge and enjoy everything N Eleuthera has to offer. This was a dream vacation and we look forward to returning. “

„We were a family with two young adults and a couple friends. The house has two bedrooms with spacious closets and a separate large master suite with a spacious closet, a sofa and TV/DVD. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, there is even a good selection of spices. A toaster and coffee maker are available, as well as a kettle for tea water, which you heat on the stove. „We will be back, Todd and/or Mary were absolutely incredible hosts. Reading the travel planner is essential and the description on VRBO so you won’t be surprised by bugs or power outages on island. The biggest advice I would give is to bring plenty of cash there are only 2 ATMs we could find on island and one did not work on one of our cards. Almost no one takes cards. „This cottage was just as advertised - spacious, nicely appointed and well-equipped with everything needed for a lengthy stay. The location is isolated, but near enough to towns to make trips for groceries or meals fairly quick. The sunrises in the mornings were spectacular! The yard is really nice as is the access path to the beach. However the high tides made for a fairly high bluff from which it was hard to get down onto the actual beach. „We enjoyed our time in the Bahamas, wonderful food, beaches and people! However the property was rough! Hard to swallow paying that much money on a run down house and a rough road on the property. I’ve addressed these concerns with the management but have yet to of heard back from them. Long story short, view is amazing and the beds are comfortable. Pictures of home online are not current.“

„This property is absolutely beautiful. It is set up perfectly for large groups. The location is gorgeous and you could spend the entire time exploring just this property! The house manager is wonderful and overall it was a great experience. I would only change two things: the mattresses could use a change and I would have loved to have some black out curtains- but I’m not a morning person so if you don’t mind bright sunshine in your room at 6:30am you’ll be fine!“

„Baycienda is truly magical. Tom, Brenda and Sanchez are wonderful. Pack your bathing suit and sunblock and be prepared to spend your time on the water with Sanchez. Your mornings will start with the sun rise from your window, and end with the sunset over the Caribbean.“

„Our stay at this house could have been perfect if it had not been for two issues. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. We spent almost two days without electricity and it is something we should have been warned beforehand so we could make a decision ...

"Das Hotel gehört zu den besten Hotels der Insel. Leider kann man Frühstück oder Abendessen nicht vorab buchen. Wir hätten es als angenehm empfunden, wenn man zwanglos an den Frühstückstisch hätte gehen können. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig vom Ort. Zum Strand gejt msn 10 Minuten. Der Pink Beach ist einer der schönsten Strände der Bahamas. Leider gibt es keine Toilettenanlagen in Strandnähe. Es ist traumhaft, am weißen/rosanen Strand zu liegen und den Wellen zu lauschen. Leider waren wir vor Beginn der Saison da. Somit war das Angebot an Ausflügen zu anderen Stränden oder zu Schnorchelgründen etwas eingeschänkt. Wir hätten uns auch gewünscht, wenn man täglich eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer bekommen hätte. Bei Hotels dieser Preisklasse ist das eigentlich üblich."
