„Stayed at "Sea Ya Round" Villa five nights. Fancy place up on a hill with amazing views in 270 degrees. Scott really takes pride in his place and it shows, made for an unbelievable trip. We had top floor, second floor occupied by the owner, ground floor rented by a long term tenant. Very central location but need a rental car if staying on St. Thomas unless you are right downtown, the island as a whole is definitely not pedestrian friendly. „The pottery was beautiful and just like the photos! The water view was amazing. I do not recommend walking to that beach because it’s really not a good beach. Trying to get to the beach was hard and a lot of work. The property manager was very responsive and we were there during a hurricane and they made sure we were great! I would definitely stay here again!“

„We stayed on Bolongo Beach 29 years ago and wanted to come back to the area, so we rented several units for us and our adult kids. This unit was perfect for the 2 of us. I loved the tiled showers and the washer/dryer were a bonus. It would easily fit a family and had beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear, which was a bonus. „The condo was beautiful. Recently updated, really nice, clean. Great artwork. We really felt we were away from home. Master bedroom and living room open up to a patio with ocean views. Nice extras- beach chairs and towels, beach toys, cooler. The property is very basic- just a pool and restaurant (30 second walk from the 1st floor unit). Can walk (3-5 minutes) along a very small beach to a neighboring resort with a restaurant. Other than those 2 restaurants, nothing else is walkable. Car ...
