„Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This ...

„Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix ...

„We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. “

„We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. Communication was excellent and easily navigated entry and pre-booked parking space which was safe and secure. „this property is at the foot of windsor castle the apartment is very nice fully equipped seperate bedroom with great views clean and spacious and very good communication with owner windsor is a very pretty compact area so very walkable and many dining options shops and the castle at a few minutes walk“

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Eigentlich war mein gebuchtes Zimmer nur über Treppen erreichbar, da ich aber vier Tage vorher eine Fußverletzung erlitt, war ein Treppensteigen fast unmöglich. Es wurde sich sehr bemüht, ein Zimmer zu ebener Erde zu finden, da das Hotel fast ausgebucht war. Aber ich bekam ein sehr schönes Zimmer im Nebengebäude, welches auch wirklich zauberhaft war. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Gesamtes Personal höflich und zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung"
