„This is a new hotel in Hakuba. The room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has shuttle bus to Happo One and Hakuba 47. A rental store is right next to the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice. We also walked around to explore the local restaurants. We had a very pleasant experience!“

„20代前半の娘ちゃん２人を連れての４人での宿泊でした。 部屋に入ってから大喜びして、ハイテンションでした！ 広いし、綺麗だし、若い子が好きそうなデザインでとても良かったです。 床暖房もあり、夜は助かりました。 キッチンも広いし、なんでも揃っているから文句なしです。 ホテルと違ってホントにゆっくりくつろげて、みんな大満足でした。 もー次からは白馬に来たら他には泊まれないくらいの満足度です“

„We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful.“

„This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! “
