„Emails before visiting were easy to follow. Given the price at the centre of Coventry, the cleanness and preparedness were both superb. Two sets of pillows and towels and many kitchen utensils were great.“

„Wir haben zwei Nächte als Zwischenstation in der Unterkunft verbracht. Für uns war es der perfekte Ort um durchzuatmen und abzuschalten. John ist der perfekte Gastgeber! Wer länger in der Umgebung bleiben möchte den können wir das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Liebevoll eingerichtetete Unterkunft mit allem was man so braucht.“

„Great property for a family or friend catch up. Doesnt have basic supplies like toilet rolls, salt pepper, oil for cooking but sainsburys is 2 minutes away.“

„Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! “

„The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication ...

„The room I had was roomy and clean, bathroom/shower again clean and spacious. Equipment and white goods suited my needs. Entrance to the room a little dark as outside lights didn't react early enough. Overall I would book again if in that area.“

„We arrived after a long journey by car at 5 pm. Derrick and Zary were really friendly and obliging. We just stayed one nicht and had a really deliciuos breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and homemade jams. And we were really pleased talking to our hosts about maths, education and many more interesting topics. It was a delightful stay and a warm welcome to the UK.“

„The house is large, well laid out and proportioned, with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, in a great location with a good number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Easy on street parking. Kitchen is huge and we mainly gathered there. A touch too windy to enjoy the garden but did use the outdoor table tennis table. There were some teething issues but the host responded quickly and well. However I have to agree with previous feedback: ...

"The hotel is perfectly situated near the train station ( I came by train from Germany ! ) and the NEC ( Festival of Quilts ), I got help at the reception desk whenever needed, the breakfast was exceptional for this hotel category - fresh and yummy. My room offered everything for a pleasant stay. I will return next year ! "
