We were a little concerned because of other reviews that it might be a bit cold overnight for the older generation, but that certainly was not the case. „I liked how responsive the owners are and how quiet it is. The breakfasts are amazing - they give you a menu and bring it to your door when you want and it tastes great! The only downside is when it's super cold out, the floor gets cold, but they do run space heaters in addition to the regular heater and even put down extra rugs. The cabin is on stilts since it's right on the river so I think some insulation under the floor would make it perfect!“

„This was perfect! Absolutely beautiful cabin, beautiful surroundings. We saw horses and Deers and squirrels and the pond my son-in-law and daughter fished in the pond. They had a blast. It was perfect. Will be renting again in the fall, because I can’t even imagine how gorgeous the leaves are going to be. The host is very accommodating very kind. We made a ton of fabulous memories. Thank you so much!My advice to others just do it!“

„Simple and at ease from check in! So glad i found this property for our half way stop back to Illinois. The beds were so comfy, kid and dog friendly, no clutter, great water pressure. We felt at home! We stayed with our dog, 2 and 4 year old kiddos, their grandmother and my husband and myself and we had plenty of room! The back yard was so nice for our pup after a long drive. Would easily choose to stay here again, thank you for a great VRBO! “

„Our stay was great and the neighbors friendly. Sal was very responsive, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean. I only gave our stay a 4 because some of the information was not correct and needs to be updated. It says that you have the grass next to the property but this has been turned into a RV campground. Not that it's a big deal there's plenty of space but that was not pictured and described Even though we don't have small children it did list a play ...

„We stayed is the wonderful cabin over the weekend for a softball tournament. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the activities at the campground. The cabin is adorable, and we had a wondefful timd relaxing by the fire in the evenings. Would highly recommend, and would like to come back in the future. “

„They double book us then tried putting us in a different house for same price and we looked it up and the second house was cheaper it was $70 a night and the original one was $120 “

„We booked this B&B so we would be close to the Gallapolis Christmas lights. It was a perfect location right on the Ohio River. We got there early before check in and was aloud to check in. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the tugboats and barges float by. “

„We loved finding this place in Ashland. It was very clean and comfortable. It was so cutely decorated and close to the places we needed to be for a family wedding. We also loved that it was pet friendly! We hope to stay there again next time we are in town.“
