„Dana vom Empfang war sehr nett. Unser Gepäck könnten wir ab 11 Uhr abgeben. Das Zimmer gab es an 15 Uhr. Wir kannten stayApt schon aus San Antonio. Gerade die Küche ist hilfreich. Mir persönlich würde im Bad eine Dusche reichen. Hier gibt es eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Das Hotel ist recht neu. Der Gesamteindruck ist positiv. “

„This is a great location with close beach access. It is pretty spacious for a studio with a lot of small nooks. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was ok even though we had snow and cold weather. We had multiple visits outside our doors from a beautiful kitty. The red kitchen sink is one of the highlights.Communication with the host was initially good until we couldn't get hot water on the morning we were leaving and the host was unavailable. „Nice place convenient to most places on Folly“

„The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. “

„Set up is good if you want groups to stay apart, not as good for wanting everyone together. Elevator super slow and a bit iffy. Floor on 2nd floor master felt sandy when we checked in. Had to go up rental office to get soap & shampoo for this suite. Pool is very small. Visited friends on Carolinae St $ their layout, porches, pool & in yard were much better. House was not a bargain + pretty expensive for 3 nights! “

„We just had two people (1 couple) but it would fit 4 just fine. Great decks looking out to an expansive beach. We were off season (End of Nov) so it was very quiet and peaceful. TV was a bit hard to figure out and some windows didn't lock, but we felt very safe.“

„We stayed for 1 week in January and got snowed in! First snow since 2018, so the snow was a nice novelty providing a fun atmosphere around town and on the beach. Since most things were shut down for a few days, we were happy to have a comfortable bed and couch to chill out on. The place had everything we needed. „Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. “

„We has a wonderful family time at Sat Sea. It is a really beautiful comfortable roomy house. I think it is really better than the pictures! We loved watching the surfers and ocean from the sun porch. The kitchen was really well stocked which was great because we cooked a lot. We really liked how private it felt because there are large trees and shrubs on both sides. It was different from most beach places because of that. „The Crows Nest is a great little spot that has a super close beach access and is just a couple block walk to Center St. We have been coming to Folly for years and the location is awesome! It is a smaller unit but that did not affect the good time we had. Roger was responsive when we had a question and we had a great time!“
