„This is a great property. We really enjoyed the beautiful view and fireplace. Very relaxing. We took a winter getaway and so were not able to use the patio, but it looked very inviting even with snow on it. The unit was well stocked with cooking items, the furniture was very comfortable. The location is a convenient distance from Mahone Bay and Chester; great for lunch, dinner or just coffee shop hopping. Will definitely try to get back. “

„Bring your groceries and leave your worries behind. This out-of-the-way vacation cottage is a great place to settle in and watch the waves. We spotted seals, eagles and fishing boats gliding past. The road onto the island, with it's twists, turns and one-lane bridge, adds to the charm. The property provides a sense of isolation but neighbours are nearby if needed. „Great, cozy, comfortable, light-filled cottage for two on St Margarets Bay, with view of water from large deck. Close to beaches, South Shore, Peggy's Cove and Halifax area. The village of Hubbards has grocery, cafes, pharmacy, NSLC, bike trails and great Farmers Market.“

„We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. “

„Great house. Some of the furniture needs changing like the dining room chairs that are very wobbly.3 bedrooms in basement are only doubles so like my son and his wife that are bigger people they had to sleep separately. All in all there was a great view and it was worth the prixe.“

„The Couch in the Apartment was very bad. Not comphy, slept bad. One side of the bed had no table. The roller blind was Not working. “

„We had a perfect time at the Landyacht . We enjoyed the space in the house , the big livingroom with kitchen ( which was very good equipped ) The only recommendation I would do , to make it easier if you want to go swimming in the ocean ( without shoes it is hard to enter the water ) Thanks“

„wie versprochen konnten wir vom Wohnzimmer aus Wale beobachten, die Lage ist perfekt um eine ruhige Zeit zum Besuch von Peggy`s Cove zu wählen (man sieht die Touristenströme vom Haus aus); wir waren jeden Tag auf den Granitfelsen der Küste (Sonnenaufgang, Sonnenuntergang, Wellen, Seevögel und Seehunde beobachten) wir bekamen Wander- und Restaurantempfehlungen und einen riesigen Korb mit frischem Obst und Gemüse (wofür man sonst 20 km in die nächste Stadt fahren müsste)!“

„Perfect place to have a breakfast looking at the ocean and a BBQ for dinner. Good location for daily trips with some gorgeous beaches in the area. Proximity to Ospreys Nest restaurant very convenient.“

„This is an incredibly beautiful place to stay. It is meticulously clean and charmingly decorated. Everything you could want is included in the kitchen and bath. The bed is really comfortable, good blinds darken the room for sleeping, and it includes places to put your suitcases out of sight. Pam is so warm and friendly. I just can't say enough good things!! It’s time to improve!

"The front desk personal is very friendly! Everything was quick and easy with the check-in and check-out. But that’s almost it, besides a small „ok“ breakfast. The room probably haven’t been looked at ahead of my stay, as there was a dirty old sock, some change money and a water bottle on the floor. But that’s a thing which can easily changed. Now to the big complaint: I stayed here on my road trip to get a good night of sleep to hit the road again the next morning. What I got: A really poorly soundproofed room! It was almost until midnight when I was able to sleep and 7 hours later I woke up by someone showering. Felt like the person was showering in my room! After that, people started talking in the hallways which felt like there where standing in my room as well! What a pitty! I would not! recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to have a quiet room."
