„Location was great, it was an easy walk to lots of restaurants, bars, and activities. The room itself was comfortable, including the beds. Missed having a coffee maker (even a French press would have been great) as instant coffee is pretty bad. Since it’s a self service hotel, it’s used for parties, so keep in mind it can be loud into the early hours of the morning. I wouldn’t recommend here if you have kids or you are a light sleeper. „wie versprochen konnten wir vom Wohnzimmer aus Wale beobachten, die Lage ist perfekt um eine ruhige Zeit zum Besuch von Peggy`s Cove zu wählen (man sieht die Touristenströme vom Haus aus); wir waren jeden Tag auf den Granitfelsen der Küste (Sonnenaufgang, Sonnenuntergang, Wellen, Seevögel und Seehunde beobachten) wir bekamen Wander- und Restaurantempfehlungen und einen riesigen Korb mit frischem Obst und Gemüse (wofür man sonst 20 km in die nächste Stadt fahren müsste)!“

„What a charming, cozy, and well maintained rental...it feels like home. If you are an antique collector you will appreciate the furniture & collectibles that can be admired throughout the rental. It has everything you need and more. Pat & Pam were wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend this VRBO if you are traveling to the South Shore. “

„The location was good and the kitchen was well stocked in as far as dishes, cutlery, towels,laundry detergent etc The place needs a good cleaning! The chair in the living room needs to be cleaned as it had a bad odor. The downstairs bathroom especially. Lots of missing light bulbs making the place dark. Doors didn’t close properly in the upstairs bathroom and in the bedroom downstairs. The front inside door also didn’t close properly. The downstairs mattresses were terrible and after the second ...

„It was a perfect place for me to relax and concentrate on my work. Everything I needed was very close. Property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this property and others owned by this host.“

„We loved spending our New Years together here at this property. Everything was very nice, especially the hot tub. Great place to relax, and it wasn't a far drive from stores and such. The only complaint we had was the bed was a touch too hard (for her anyways) but this was easily remedied by just folding up some blankets to use as cushions. Recommended to bring some kind of mattress topper if you prefer a softer bed. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our hosts! Thanks again, Julien ...

„Cute 2 bedroom with modern feel. Compact. Walking to all local grocery stores and amenities. Suburb outside Halifax. Easy parking. Unit is in a prior commercial or retail space so not best outside appeal but was quiet and safe while we were there 2 days. Other units in the building. Good value. Clean and comfortable. “
