„While we only stayed for 2 nights and were extremely busy due to a wedding we were attending, our family agrees we will be returning when we can stay for a full week and explore more. This home is beautiful and it truly does feel like a home. Communications with the owner were excellent. Cannot say enough good things about our short stay!“

„The property was amazing. Everything listing says it is and more. Host more than accommodating and answered promptly. Everything we needed was supplied. My Grandson enjoyed building the fire in the fire pit and roasting the marshmallows and making the smores. Close enough to town but secluded away from the hustle and bustle. Kitchen stocked very well. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area. “

„If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway this is the place. The home was remote enough for peace and quiet, but still close to stores and restaurants. Flat Rock park and other hiking trails were within a short drive. Wake up each morning with a view of the lake. Relax at night in front of the electric fireplace. We visited in late December.“

„This house is very big on the inside. Plenty of room for the whole family. Great view! Love all the bathrooms. Some issues that we had, the pots and pans need to be cleaned and a few thrown away. We couldn’t use the oven, because there is about a half inch of grease and we thought it was a fire hazard.It was very cold in the house. We bundled up and sat close together. “

„ Property was beautiful, cabin was clean and wonderful.... the only issue I had was last night heat stopped work & it was freezing inside.... Contacted owner and they are refunding part of the last night stary.... have not received check yet, but it's only been 6 days!!“

„This was one of many stays at my favorite lake house! The Sadlers are excellent hosts. This time was a quick respite to wind down from Christmas festivities in Chattanooga before heading home. The serenity was just what I needed! See you again in March/April“

„This was a great location--lovely views of the lake and we could watch water fowl from the couch. The house is very well-maintained and an easy place to visit with family. It's located on a dirt road that made for some really nice dog walks. The host was very responsive to our questions. Thanks, Lyn!“

„Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The cleanliness of the property could have been better. The biggest issue we had was a stinch in the living room. Upon investigation, we found that the living room rug smelled like a wet dog. The smell was unbearable and the rug had to be removed from the room for the duration of our stay. „Do not think twice about staying here! This was the best vacation we have been on in a while. The property has everything you could need or want on your stay. We were greeted by the sweetest dogs who loved fishing with us! Everything was spotless! There’s plenty of firewood waiting for you and they even left a snores kit. We also enjoyed the hot tub after fishing all day. The owners have thought of everything and went above and beyond in my opinion! They stay in communication if you need ...
