„The interior of this older home is spotless and roomy. The beds were very comfortable, the two bathrooms were up to date, the kitchen had all appliances, The manager was very communicative. We are possibly returning in the summer for a stay here. The town of Powhatan is small and beautiful.“

„My husband and I stayed at Ghost Pine Studio for a quick weekend getaway. For a studio, the space was nicely laid out and had plenty of space for the two of us. It was nicely decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. An area of opportunity is the heating/cooling and sound. We did not have control over the heat and it was very hot in the space not allowing us to sleep well. Also, it was noisy because the walls were thin and the owners lived on the premises. „House is much larger than pictures and everything is spread out and comfortable. While it’s a little dated; it has everything you need for a great stay with family or friends. We were 20 mins from Charlottesville and Monticello. There were no check out instructions but we tried to clean things up. The cleaning fee was also incredibly reasonable! We would definitely stay here again with a group! “
