„My husband and I needed a nice getaway . We have been to Pawleys Island several times and always enjoy our visit. Our unit was exactly as listed and the owner was so easy to reach and responded quickly. The unit looks out over the pool, dunes and the ocean. I am going to miss sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee every morning and listening to the waves crashing on the beach. A very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this unit for your next respite in Pawleys! “

„The condo was perfect for our quick getaway. Perfectly located near local shopping and dining. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Guest services responded quickly when we couldn’t figure out the TV. Just make sure you know that the property is located inside the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort and you check in at their front desk. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.“

„The home was beautiful and was much larger than expected. Our group of 12 fit comfortably and everyone had plenty of space. The large living room and couch made it a great central gathering place. Jenny and Cathy from the management team were both extremely helpful and friendly to assist with any needs we had.“

„We really loved our stay. The home is very spacious clean and comfortable. I really loved the landscape and all the beautiful trees. Sitting out on the back deck you feel like you are in a tropical forest. The back yard is very spacious our Golden Retriever and Cocker Spaniel loved it. My 21 year old son loved the room downstairs having his own space to himself. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.“

„It was nice there were a few flaws. We arrived after dark. Street signs were dim and ability to see the signs were difficult. The staff we dealt with were all pleasant and helpful. There were a few issues with the living quarters and I gave the information to the front desk. Overall it was what we needed for our stay “

„We encountered no communication from VRBO concerning checkout/checkin. We also found palmetto bugs( roaches) . I called Litchfield resorts and they came 24 hrs ltr. The kitchen had no paper towels, dish soap and the silverware was dirty😖“

„the condo was well equiped with many things we didnt expect it had beach chairs and towels games staple foods very clean bedding and towels easy access to the unit close to many of the places we wanted to see tvs were in all the rooms great wifi signal manager was super helpful Pawleys Island community are a very friendly bunch easy access to the beach to walk and enjoy the oceanwe hope to come back for another staymaybe longer next time “
