„The staff is extremely nice, the hotel is fine, I missed the breakfast, there is only a complimentary one. Otherwise very OK. Outside it looks really sort of abandoned, but maybe that town is more or less like this.“

„Hier war wirklich alles stimmig. Die Herrschaften am Empfang waren freundlich und kompetent, die Zimmer geräumig, modern, toll ausgestattet und top gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super zentral, trotzdem gab es Nachts keinen Lärm und konnten wir gut schlafen.“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen; ein Supermarkt und ein China-Restaurant sind im Haus.Das Appartment war geräumig und gut eingerichtet und alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Besonderen Dank an die Dame von der Rezeption, die mir in einer Notlage mit persönlichem Einsatz sehr geholfen hat!“

„It was a comfortable stay. There were a few things that could be seen as a safety issue but nothing that’s not fixable. The radiators didn’t work and the room did get quite cold but other than that it was a secure and safe place. I didn’t have to worry about people coming in and out of the building because of the key codes which is good! I would stay here again as it’s quite affordable and again, a comfortable stay. „Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!“

„The apartment was fantastic, easy to find and a stones throw from Nottingham city centre (5 mins walk) and more specifically the Rock City music venue. The room was large, comfortable and Appt 1 which we were given feels very private having its own access at the back of the building. We also really appreciated the friendly staff at reception who could not have been more helpful and got us safely into the car park and gave clear instructions for a smooth checkout process. Unberechtigte Belastungen meiner Kreditkarte des H

"Hotel Hat eine Garantie von ca 60 E beim Check von meiner Kreditkarte geblockt. 2 Tage nach dem Aufenthalt wurden die 60 E von der Kreditkarte abgezogen plus 80 E für eine angebliche Rechnung im Hotel Restaurant welche nicht von mir getätigt wurde da ich weder in der Bar war noch im Restaurant. Mittlerweile habe ich 5 x im Hotel abgerufen plus 5 Email geschrieben und bis zum heutige Tag keine Antworten erhalten. Unter dem Strich wurden ca 150 E von meiner Kreditkarte unrechtens belastet."
