„This property could not have been more quaint and peaceful. My husband, two dogs and I enjoyed the long weekend, walking the trails and taking in the history of Harper’s Ferry. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. The location could not be better for seeing the town on foot. The property was clean and so neatly appointed. „We had a great time! The property was beautiful, and Richard is a great host. The roads leading there are not paved, and have a lot of pot holes and bumps, and you’re going up a mountain, so there is a steep incline. We navigated them fine in our Honda Odyssey, it just took some extra time and care. The home itself was very clean and comfortable. „Went to Harper’s Ferry for our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted to stay near the water since we usually stay in town. Found this property and it was perfect. Sits on property with owners who we met and their dog Chloe who was an absolute sweetheart. If you are looking for a piece of serenity you will find it at the Riverkeeper Inn. „This mountain house is absolute beauty! It is beyond gorgeous. The view is spectacular, the sunset is breathtaking. You have a 180 degrees view of West VA. The house itself is stunning, plenty of rooms to move around with our group of 15. We enjoyed the jacuzzi while admiring the beautiful sunset. The kids had fun roasting marshmallows while Eagles are flying up above them. Thank you for sharing this Eagle’s Nest home. 😊“

„Our stay at this vacation home was very enjoyable! The house was clean, well maintained and comfortable. It is located on a nice piece of property with a beautiful view of the Shenandoah River. The owner provided a lot of necessities like bed sheets, bath towels, soap, shampoo and even coffee supplies. The house is up to date and has a nice basement entertainment area. „The cabin was nice . Great view. Mostly clean , but the coffee pot was very dirty. There was plenty of coffee, but no filters.The grill was very dirty and the grill bush was in such bad condition it was un-usable.“

„On the "heels" of Hurricane Helene with NO power at home in Western Carolina, we were able to "escape" via a work-around route to Virginia / West Virginia. This was a pre-planned vacation that coincided with the Helene disaster. What a GREAT place to escape TO! A great location to many historic towns & "things to do". The only little things that were not working properly were the front bathroom toilet is not set right so it rocks and the fireplace in the living area wouldn’t turn on.
