„Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Leider regnete es die ganze Zeit. Wenn man in Ruhe schlafen will, ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Das Dach ist aus Blech und der Regen ☔️ platscht da drauf in voller Lautstärke. Besser bei schönem Wetter. Der Besitzer ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und via WhatsApp erreichbar. Ohne Regen ist die Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert “

„Sehr gepflegt Anlage mit eigenen kurzen Wanderwegen und einer Aussichtsplattform mit Blick auf den Golf von Nicoya. Wir hatten ein Junior Cottage und es war alles perfekt. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Rundum alles super und nur zu empfehlen. Fussläufig (2-3Min) ist eine Bäckerei/Cafe, ein Supermarkt und mehrere gute Restaurants entfernt. Ich kann Los Pinos uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.“

„My husband and I never wanted to leave. The views of this villa are breathtaking. Santiago was able to help us with settling in quickly. Highly recommended if you have access to a vehicle. Otherwise, it may be difficult for you to reach the villa and/or utilize the hotel below for dining/etc. “

„Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. “

„Our family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The raging river so close to our balcony was impressive after a few days of heavy rain. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we had plenty of space for 5. A couple of minor issues being advertised washer/dryer was actually a paid laundry service and pillow menu did not exist when requested although advertised. “

„The host family was amazing. Very warm and welcoming. The night frog tour was great and so was the tour of the property. Learning about the history of the property was fabulous. The accommodations really made you feel like you were in the Costa Rican jungle. “

„Close to all in Montverde. Beautiful gardens. We had a car so everything was easily accessible. Abit dated but clean and well maintained. I loved the kitchen. A great homebase for Montverde,'s attractions. “

„The property is in a beautiful location. Patrick is knowledgeable and helpful, he is very accommodating welcoming. Breakfast was so good. The stay was great and Costa Rica is gorgeous! I would certainly stay here again. “

„The villa was beautiful and spacious! Only one thing the hot water wasn't working and maybe they can add a safety bar for when stepping up or out of the tub/shower because it's a high step. The host was wonderful and went out of her way to make us feel like home.“

„This home is special even though it poured most of our week there. We were told by several locals and neighbors that the torrential rain was unusual for January ( we thought we were going during the dry season). Luckily the house has several areas protected from the rain and we saw many dozens of incredible birds we had never seen in the U.S. Also had Coati wandering through the backyard.We highly recommend this home.One thing to know is that the roads closest to the house are very curvy and ...

„Die Unterkunft wirkt vergleichsweise zu anderen kleinen Unterkünften in CostaRica etwas unpersönlich ist aber sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und sichere Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Zu Fuss ist es durch einen steilen Hang relativ anstrengnd zu kommen. „The house was exactly as advertised. It had a few maintenance issues that the owner is taking care of. Initially, we had a couple of major problems but the manager & the owner came out and immediately called workers out and corrected the problems. The covered porch was wonderful. Sitting out at night listening to the birds and other animals was great!The property manager was extremely helpful. My cell phone died close to the house but it's not easy to find. A store owner called the manager ...

„Great place, Louis, the grounds keeper, told us on day one there were 3 sloths on the property. He took us around and we got great footage. We could watch one each day from the pool/patio area. The house was great. Only down side was its little trek to LaFortuna, but I would highly recommend. “

„Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, täuscht aber nicht darüber hinweg, dass das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße mit entsprechendem Lärm liegt und wir nach drei Tagen vorzeitig genervt abgereist sind. Das LKW Hupen war über die Ohrstöpsel hinweg zu hören. Außerdem wird man außerhalb des Hauses auf dem Gelände 24/7 Videoüberwacht. Dazu kann man stehen wie man will wir haben uns sehr unwohl und überwacht gefühlt. Die Spüle war einen Tag undicht, wurde aber sehr schnell behoben und der Wasserdruck war ...

„We enjoyed our stay very much. You and your staff were quite helpful and friendly. The grounds were fabulous and very beautiful. The meals were outstanding and we felt like we were getting a taste of the Costa Rican cuisine. The resort was well laid out and allowed for some very good communal meeting places. "Sauber und komfortabel. Die Hoteleigenen hot springs haben uns an einem Regentag gut getan. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat immer kompetent auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Leider hörte man nachts ein permanentes Lüftungsgeräusch, das war der einzige Wehmutstropfen. "

"The view from our room/tiny house on Lake Arenal was just wonderful, embedded in the green hills and the sound of many different birds. The sourrounding garden of La Mansion Inn Arenal was kept lovely. We also enjoyed the tasty brekfast, although the menu was rather small. We really recommend to try the delecious meals that are serverd for dinner. The service of the receptionist was very friendly, professional (good English) and helpful. "

"Wir sind schon das zweite Mal da und kommen gerne wieder! Das Essen ist fantastisch, alle Mitabeitenden sehr freundlich, das Zimmer toll mit eigenem kleinen Vulkanbecken. Die Thermen laden zum Relaxen ein und der grosse Pool ist herrlich!"
