„Let me start by saying Derek and Ashley are amazing. Felt right at home from the first minute we got there. The cottage is exactly like the listing, very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed trail riding on Buffalo Mountain. My husband was impressed with the hose to clean off buggy right in the driveway…..what an added bonus! Unfortunately we had to leave early, but will stay again when we come this way and will let friends know about this gem. “

„We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely come back and stay again! Dirt Days was a lot of fun for us and my nephews. The vendors were very friendly. The town has a lot of cool history.“

„Came here for a work trip and really enjoyed the home, our crew came to work at a local project and were blessed to stay here rather than a hotel. I can speak for the rest of the crew, we would absolutely stay and vacation here.“

„If you are there for trail riding, this location is perfect! It is also very close to gas stations, fast food places and stores. Cabin was very clean and it was so nice to have two bathrooms. We used the grill and gas fire pit which was a great addition to the cabin. Plenty of parking. Communication with the owner was great! I would definitely stay here again! “

„We came to Williamson to ride the trail system and this cabin worked well. Two (minor) things I noticed. There is a traditional coffee maker but would love to see a keurig instead. And second, the floors are very cold. I suspect there is no insulation underneath but I just know the floors stayed pretty cold. Other than that, Tammy took good care of us. The place was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Had a nice stay. “

„I highly recommend Rosie's Roadhouse. We had a group of 4 visiting to ride motorcycles at Hatfield McCoy. The property location is terrific... right next to the trailhead. Gas, food, and groceries are pretty close too. The property is clean, nicely decorated, and has a great fire pit area too. The owner is fantastic. They communicated very well with us throughout the process. They also went above and beyond by having trail passes ready for us on the table when we arrived. Can't recommend this ...

„It was clean. Plenty of room. The only thing I’d change would be to put TVs in each bedroom because the only TV is in the living room and with kids it would have been nice it they had a tv in the bedroom. “
