„We were so impressed with DT Loft. We stayed here for 5 nights while we explored and did some hiking in TDP. The loft had everything we needed to cook ourselves some meals (even essentials like oil and salt). The cleaning service was one of the best I've ever experienced - coming back from a long hike to a spotless place (even with dishes washed which we hadn't had chance to do from breakfast before setting off early). „I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. “

"In der Lodge wird der Gast vom sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereitem Personal englisch sprachig begrüßt. Für das Servicepersonal im Restaurant gilt das Gleiche. Die Zimmer sind klein und ohne Schreibtisch, aber es gibt eine gemütliche Lounge mit Blick auf die Berge. Lediglich die Ausschilderung zur Lodge könnte verbessert werden. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut. Die Lodge ist ortsüblich teuer. "

"Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Das Superior- Zimmer war sehr groß mit tollem riesigen Bett. Das Frühstücksbüffet war vielseitig und gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung."
