„This was our first visit to Nevis was it was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about the island, the people, the food, and especially this house. What a find! The location was awesome - a nice quiet area with the beach as the backyard. The house was clean, well stocked, and plenty big for our family of six. The screened in porch and pool were lifesavers as we visited during the "hot" season. We loved our "visitors" every day - from goats to sheep to donkeys grazing next door. Many thanks ...

„Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!“

„Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. “

From the start, the communication was wonderful - from the directions, to the pages of information covering restaurant suggestions to beach suggestions to so many other things, we were so well informed before even arriving. „Could not ask for better location. I would recommend.“

„We had a conference at the Marriott which was less than a 10min walk away. A small grocery was right next to the property office, and a larger one on the way to the Marriott. Lovely little coffee and breakfast place next door. The Strip is nearby and if you have a car rental the entrance to the peninsula is down the street which leads to beaches and beach bars aplenty! The grounds here are beautiful and the pool is great too!“

„My husband and I went for a week, first time on St. Kitts. The Island is beautiful and Seas the Moment is too. I wasn’t familiar with the Island or exactly where we were in relation to the restaurants, beaches, etc. I am so thankful that we stayed on the Southeast side out of town.
