„My wife and I spent 3 nights for her birthday and loved it! She loved the white lights on the porch and sitting on the swing in the evening. We both enjoyed meeting the animals around the property. The cabin itself was so cozy and the bed so comfortable! It is conveniently located to historic Mount Airy and other places. We would definitely recommend!“

„We chose Valentine’s Day weekend for our stay in Mount Airy, which was a town we have wanted to visit for some time now. Of course we did the touristy stuff and visited all of the Andy Griffith sites, wearing ourselves out. „We were in town for a work conference and didn't want to stay in an over-priced hotel! This house was in a great location, within 15 minutes from downtown WS and close to many local restaurants. The house was very clean, updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days! The parking situation was great, we had 3 cars and there was plenty of space! „Wonderful property in a quiet, safe neighborhood within 10 minutes of almost everything in Winston-Salem. Good walking area (albeit hilly). Home was recently renovated with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Owner has stocked almost every amenity under the sun from K-Cups with creamer, sugar and Sweet and Low to wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. „If you’re looking for a modern, luxurious, secluded location this is not for you. But if you are looking for a rustic farmhouse reminiscent of your grandparents or great grandparents and within walking distance of Main St, this place will work. Keep in mind it is a 1930’s house with a lot of the original “charm”. We loved it and plan to stay again.“
