After a long discussion with the owner were both rooms cleaned a little bit better. During the week the cleanliness was never fully satisfied.“

„My wife and I stayed two nights here and it was very peaceful and quiet. The cabin is behind the owners house but they have put blinds in the cabin and also have a privacy fence between the house and the cabin so we did have privacy. They provide you with a remote to open the gate so you can come and go as you please. The cabin is small but perfect for a couple just looking to get away. We brought a puzzle and assembled it during our stay. “

But if you are looking for a rustic farmhouse reminiscent of your grandparents or great grandparents and within walking distance of Main St, this place will work. Keep in mind it is a 1930’s house with a lot of the original “charm”. We loved it and plan to stay again.“

„My wife and I spent 3 nights for her birthday and loved it! She loved the white lights on the porch and sitting on the swing in the evening. We both enjoyed meeting the animals around the property. The cabin itself was so cozy and the bed so comfortable! It is conveniently located to historic Mount Airy and other places. We would definitely recommend!“
