„Partner and I had an outstanding three-night stay at the cabin. Very clean and very cozy. Loved the interior decoration. The beds and couches were very comfortable and the jacuzzi made it even more relaxing! Highly, highly recommended for a quiet getaway in this region, with one caveat. Exterior of House looks nothing like the photos online: Grass was not mowed, trash was on the front porch, paint was chipping, chairs were broken and taped together, back door to house was unlocked. „It was truly home away from home. Sunrise and sunset are spectacular. Watch birds or gaze at the stars and the moon. You can skii on the lake, conditions permitting. Lapland lake XC center is about 15 minutes away. “

„This is a hidden gem in Caroga Lake! The place has plenty of beds and space. We were only four, so my kids (used to small apartments in NYC) love it! The place was clean, and with all needed amenities. John was a great host! All exchange of messages was swift and clear. And you need to spend at least one afternoon in the porch! The winter view of the lake was astonishing and despite being a little bit cold, the porch orientation makes it very warm. You can spend hours reading there Many thanks ...

"Das Hotel war mittelmässig. Die Zimmer sehr klein. Beim online Einchecken wurde uns ein Upgrade angeboten, welches dann doch nicht verfügbar war. Die Frau am Empfang hat uns nicht wirklich begrüsst. Beim Frühstück waren wir alleine. Es war kein grosses Angebot aber ok. "

"Ein super schönes und sehr neues Motel. Endlich mal eins ohne den "alten dicken Teppich Wahnsinn". Zimmer richtig groß für 4 Erwachsene plus Sitzgelegenheit und schöne Küche. in direkter Nachbarschaft findet man einige Fast-Food Schuppen und sonstiges. Also wirklich gute Lage. Wir gingen zum Chipotle nebenan der sehr lecker war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ein exzellentes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eier-Speisen aller Art. Das gibt es in dieser Kategorie sehr selten bis gar nicht, TOP."
